14-Day Return Policy
If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our contact center immediately at 212-203-6631 for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the purchase (shipment) date. Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition*, along with the receipt, and all original certificates and accessories. Upon receipt, we must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day return or exchange period.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once the returned merchandise is received, we will issue a credit in the same method as the original form of payment. Please allow 8-14 days for the full processing of the return and refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Unless otherwise noted, Custom Orders are generally considered Final Sale. Lead time on Custom Orders is typically anywhere from 8 to 14 weeks.

Any and all Special Orders are a final sale. We will not accept returns on any orders that required custom work and/or cutting.
